All models include a black crown
and ratchet headgear, which is
easily adjusted with the turn of a knob. Rugged, polycarbonate shield
is impact and splash resistant. Meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 High Impact
and ANSI Z49.1 standards for plasma cutting when using shade 8
window (32181). CUL certified to meet CAN/CSA Z94.3 standards.

Everything below the gold portion becomes
a Fixed Shade 10 Filter as soon as you strike an arc. How does it work?
The magenta area (the active portion) sits idle in shade 3 until you strike
the arc. Once the arc is struck, the magenta area automatically switches
to a fixed shade 10, matching the rest of the filter, giving the user an
EDGE to EDGE viewing area. The purpose of this is for the user to have
continuous protection AND vision through-out the entire job. Meets ANSI
Z87.1 Standards.
